Please fill out the registration form below to join the waiting list.  If space becomes available, we will contact you in the order of the list, and if you are able to join at that point we'll send you info on how to complete registration with payment.


HOW TO REGISTER

Please read all information on this page before filling out the online registration form.

All registrants must fill out the online registration form (click link below).

Note: The Convergence is for Permaculture Design Course (PDC) graduates only and space is limited to 50 attendees, first come first serve. Please register early.


Upon arrival at Quail Springs, everyone will be required to sign a Participant Agreement (Liability Release).  Please preview the agreement by downloading it here:

COST

$150 if paid by July 1, 2008.  $200 if paid after July 1, 2008.
($5 is added to online payments for credit card processing.)

Convergence fee includes delicious and nourishing catered meals and camping. The fee is non-refundable (unless the event is full or is cancelled, in which case it is fully refundable).

Work trade is not offered for the Convergence.  The fee is already set low for the resource and energy exchange required.  The Convergence itself is a participatory event – everyone will be helping out in tending people and the site.  Also, the Convergence follows a 12 day Permaculture Design Course (PDC) at Quail Springs, so any direct work trade opportunities have already been set up with PDC students for site preparations.


PAYMENT

Your registration will not be complete and your space will not be secured until payment is received.  Space in the event will be in the order that registrations are completed.  Pay online to complete your registration today.  The option to pay by mailing in a check will involve a delay in completing your registration.

Online Payment:
Pay online now via PayPal after filling out the online registration form. You can pay with a credit or debit card, or with your PayPal account if you have one.  You do not need a PayPal account in order to pay online with a credit or debit card.
Check or Money Order:
Make your check or money order payable to "Quail Springs" and send to: Quail Springs, 35070 Highway 33, Cuyama, CA 93252.  If your payment is postmarked on or before July 1, the fee is $150.  If your payment is postmarked after July 1, the fee is $200.

CONFIRMATION and ORIENTATION

You will receive an email (or letter/phone call if you do not have email) confirming your registration and your space in the event. And you will receive a detailed orientation, packing list, and directions to the parking site closer to the event. If the event is full, we will refund or cancel your payment or give you the option to join a waiting list. Email is the preferred method of communication, saves paper and is efficient for groups.
